Lauren's Home Decoration Terms and Conditions.

These general conditions of sale are applicable to all persons wishing to make a purchase

via the website of hereinafter referred to as "the client" and on the other hand the company

All deliveries, services and offers offered by are exclusively governed by these GTC, unless expressly agreed in writing to the contrary.


Client : The term “client” can denote both a “consumer” and a “professional”.

Consumer: The term "consumer" used in these T & Cs means a natural person placing an order that does not fall within their professional, commercial or liberal activity.

Professional : A "professional" within the meaning of these GTC is a natural or legal person who, when placing an order, acts within the framework and on behalf of his liberal or commercial professional activity.

Working day : The term "working day" within the meaning of these GTC means all days of the week with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Clear day : Duration of 24 hours. Used to calculate a period that only starts from the end of the key day.

A period of 7 clear days, starting on a Monday, ends on the following Monday evening.

Article 1: ORDER.

         1-1 Identification of the buyer.

The Purchaser must have the legal capacity allowing him to contract.

Any Purchaser who does not have a customer number must follow a registration procedure allowing him to obtain his customer number. This number is personal.

         1-2. Order registration and validation

Ordering Products through the e-shop is only possible online, on the Website,

and according to the following modalities:

  • Delivery costs will be added to the price of the Products;

Article 3: PRICE
3.1. The prices appearing on the site are expressed in Euros all taxes included and are exclusive of shipping costs. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order entry. reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without notice.

3.4.According to the legislation in force in the delivery area, customs fees and duties and taxes may be claimed from the Customer upon delivery of the items.

Article 4: QUALITY

5.1 The customer has the option of having it delivered to their home or to a Point Relais for small parcels. He can choose a delivery in Economic mode, Standard mode or Express 24h mode. For bulky products, if the customer selects the carrier France Express Standard, the order will be delivered to the home at the foot of the building and by appointment made with the carrier. If the customer selects the carrier France Express 24H, delivery is made at the foot of the building and is guaranteed within 24 hours the next day before 1 p.m. for any order placed before 12 p.m. Please note, this commitment does not apply to garden furniture for which delivery is guaranteed within 24 hours, but throughout the day of the next day.

5.2.If the order consists of more or less bulky items, the customer will receive different packages. He will then be informed of the composition of the shipment: the different packages, delivery methods and tracking numbers.

5.3 Whatever the delivery method, the customer is informed step by step of the progress of his parcel (s) by e-mail.

5.4.Any order placed on the site before 2 p.m. from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) with the shipping method "Colissimo 48H", "Point Relais 48H", "Chronopost", "France-express Sur -mesure ”or“ France-express 24H ”will be prepared and shipped the same day, subject to payment validation.

Article 7:  PAYMENT

1. The Buyer has the following means of payment:
- By credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bleue
- Wire Transfer
- By Paypal
2. For orders paid by bank transfer, the products ordered are then reserved for seven (7) days from the date of the order. After this period and in the absence of receipt of the corresponding transfer, reserves the right to

9-1. The transfer of ownership of the goods sold is subject to full payment of their price.

Until full payment, the purchaser is considered to be the simple depositary of the goods. However, the purchaser alone assumes all risk of loss or destruction upon delivery.

In the absence of full payment of the price of the goods within the contractually fixed period, the seller reserves the right to claim ownership and demand their return, without any formality or special notice.

9-4 Complaints and returns
Any complaint, whatever its nature, must be formulated by letter, within 8 days of receipt of the goods. Returns of goods are only accepted if they have been previously and expressly accepted by the Lauren's Home Decoration Quality department and have been subject to customary reservations.
